Can't make changes

I'm trying to make changes in the preference section it won't let me. I click on the yes or no switch and it doesn't change. Like turning off the anonymous posting.

The top browser is Chrome and the Bottom is Waterfox. Waterfox allowed me to make the changes.

I assume your Chrome browser is up-to-date? It's quite odd that this is happening.
