LAN_PAGE_17 - Theme Bootstrap 3 - remove [closed]

Question

I use the Bootstrap 3 theme and the following message often appears under the article text on pages I created myself:

System information - LAN_PAGE_17



This message is totally annoying, how can I remove it?

You are missing tranlsation on your site, that text is

define("LAN_PAGE_17", "Comments on this page are locked.");

It is already reported, but it is long issue, so maybe if you create new one, it would be solved sooner.
