Instalation error

Hi, i'm trying a clean instalation on a server and in the end of instalation when everithing looks ok i have teh folowing error:

CRITICAL ERROR:

are you on byet host?
what is your php version? > 7x preferred, but afaik 5.6.3 and above should work

Check PhpMyAdmin if your tables were created.
