When uploaded, the “multiple languages“ plugin was placed by default under the “Manage“ category, so that it was listed under the upper “Manage“ menu and accessible from there. But although I did next change it from this category to the “Settings“ category, the plugin remains listed under the “Manage“ menu :

Considering this screeeshot, am I wrong to expect the plugin to acessible from the upper “Settings“ menu ?
