Advertising in e107

Good morning!

At the beginning, I apologize for my hopeless English.

Let's get to the question.

I want to add ads to my website.
Unfortunately, I do not really know how to do it.
I did not find anything in the administration panel that would help me.
Maybe there are appropriate plugins for this?
If it requires editing files, please hint which files.

Please define your question specifically.

Adds are all kinds of 'things' like images, textual , banners , movies etc....
It is what you want and where you want it.
Banner system is there (if theme supports), pages can be made, menu blocks can be created, images and movies used...

In basic there would be (except banner) no file changes; only user interactivity.(eg hands on).
